Mellanie Page is a behavior analyst. Not a software engineer, not a designer, not a copywriter by training. In the last couple of years she has built tools, designed resources, and made things for her business she had no business being able to make on her own. Not because she got smarter. Because the tools got that good. In this episode: five specific ways to use AI to take a lead magnet from a forgettable PDF to something your dream client actually remembers. Some are simple, one gets a little nerdy, all of them are doable.

The ground rule before any of it: AI is a tool, not a replacement for your judgment and personality. Check its work every time. Keep anything you build simple, and test it before it touches a real person.

In this episode:

  • Build your brand voice file. AI writing sounds like a robot right up until you teach it to sound like you. Feed it real recordings, transcripts, and things you have already written, and everything it helps you make stops sounding like every other person using the same tool.
  • Build an actual tool. A calculator, a self-assessment, a generator. If you are not technical, the trick is to not write the technical instructions yourself. Explain in plain English what the person puts in and what they should get out, and have AI write the prompt for you.
  • Turn your guide into a fillable PDF. A basic guide is information. A worksheet, planner, or template is a resource they use. That shift from read to do is the difference between a freebie they forget and one they keep on their desk.
  • Turn your text into an infographic. You already have the words. The key is to not accept the first version. Tell it what is off, what to move, what to cut. That back and forth is where fine becomes good, and most people quit before they get there.
  • Create a quiz. People cannot resist learning about themselves, and a quiz pre-qualifies them at the same time. Start at the end: decide the results you want people to land in, then work backwards to the questions. Outcomes first, questions second.
  • Three things to do this week: pick one of the five (not all five), start your brand voice file with three things you have already made, and test whatever you build on one real person before you launch it.

This one is for clinicians (BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, therapists, and allied health professionals) who have been assuming the AI stuff is for the techie people.
